We take 2-3 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you, and that's because all of our orders get sent from Paris

For the local orders we ship locally, but for the international orders we ship from our international warehouses.
Missing some items from my order, what's going on?
In that case, your order contains items from two different warehouses so we ship them separately to speed the shipping process. So don't be alarmed if that occurs.
